Here's a quick figure study done today for fun. Needed to do something fairly mindless that I could just observe and paint, and figure drawings are always a good option for that.This one in particular is fun because I attempted to paint this same photo just before starting at TAD. Needless to say, I think I've improved, haha. I thought I was a pretty good painter back then, but good gravy some of those forms and values are just abysmal. Not to mention the wonkytastic proportions. Plus it took me 3x as long as this one did, hah.
